The concept came to life when we felt restricted by having to commit to venues with catering and drinks packages that didn't suit us.
On Oleander is designed to make your event, content or exhibition uniquely yours.
Your booking includes the venue space for hire,
A small kitchenette for external catering and bar staff to use,
1 x bathroom,
Gallery hanging system (if hired for an exhibition)

A phone or video call (your choice) to meet with the host of On Oleander and discuss your reason for hire.​

We don't. However, we encourage you to bring in external caterers and bar staff. We have a small kitchenette for them to set up and serve out of for the hire time.
Absolutely! We have the perfect space for them to setup for the time.
Generally not, due to other bookings. However, please communicate to us at the time of booking what you would like to do and we will help you.
No. We are simply a beautiful blank canvas, for you to bring your vision to life.​ We recommend you connecting with an event planner if you need.
All bookings require 30% deposit to secure the time and date for your hire.
This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks of the hire date.
